About Emotional Freedom Technique

The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a very simple, remarkable and powerful self-help healing system based on research showing that emotional trauma contributes greatly to disease. It is a form of psychological acupressure, based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture.
